Hey Everyone!
My name is Crystal, I am 28 and I currently have PCOS. I decided to create this blog to share my journey with PCOS, bring awareness to this syndrome that affects millions of women, and inspire others (especially young women) who are trying to figure it out and while staying encouraged like me!
I want to be as authentic as possible about my journey…talk about the good, the bad, and the hormones! Sharing my story with a few people has taught me so much so far: I realized that I am not alone, many people do not know about PCOS and being transparent can help others feel more comfortable coping with their own symptoms, insecurities, and fears.
Please keep an open heart and mind as you browse this blog. Remember that these are personal stories and everyone that posts are brave enough to share them with the public, so please respect them for doing so!
